Text description provided by the architects. The architecture of the new district is based on simple and clear shapes and colours, yet it still respects the uniqueness of each house. The uniqueness is shown, above all, in the first floor that becomes the differentiator of the houses, and in the last, retracted floor, corresponding to various types of apartments and providing for forming of generous terraces and views.

尽管“NováTerasa”住宅大院位于附近，是20世纪60年代的典型建筑，但我们的概念基于典型的城市元素，如街道、广场和庭院。事实上，封闭的庭院是新区的关键要素之一。这是一个半私人的地区，有明确的特定用户，因此也有业主关心和享受它。它成为一个新社区的中心，成为愉快生活的一个重要组成部分，也是儿童和成人小型休闲活动的一个受保护的地区。它包括一个小操场和绿色植物，有地方可以坐。

Although the „Nová terasa“ residential compound is located nearby buildings typical for the 1960s, we have based our concept on typical urban elements, such as streets, squares, and courtyards. Indeed, closed courtyards form one of the key elements of the new district. It is a semi-private area with defined specific users and thus also owners that care for it and enjoy it. It becomes the centre of a new community, forming an important element of a pleasant living, and a protected territory for minor relaxation activities for children and adults alike. It includes a small playground and greenery with places to sit.

对每个人来说，都有一个新的儿童游乐场，在人造山下有着焦油色的表面：由于所用的材料，它是生动的色彩，也是安全的。

For everyone, there is a new children playground with tartan surface under the artificial hill: it is vividlycolourful and also safe, thanks to the materials used.
