Text description provided by the architects. The Two large, four-store construction volumes intensify the shape of the Widmi park.

该项目实施了城市规模设计，并与伦茨堡市的老街道进行了类比。

This  project implement an urban scale design, together with an analogy to the old street from the city of  Lenzburg.

在这两座建筑之间，作为一条小巷，我们可以看到朝南的一个开放的庭院。这邀请你放松，并打算用于社交活动。

In between these two buildings, as an alley, we can find an opening courtyard towards the south. This invites you to relax and is intended to be used for social events.

当建筑面向西方的道路和东方的公园时，几乎是僵硬和锋利的，庭院的正面被扣住，对齐的立面被打破。

While the building facing the road to the West and the park in the East, acts almost rigid and edgy, the courtyard facades are buckled and the aligned façades are broken.

阿姆斯韦勒街的绿地由较小的树木组成，这些树就在这条小巷的中间。这些树木周围的沟渠使车库与庭院和花园之间的视觉连接成为可能。这种绿色应强调进入公园的路上要有个别的树木，符合“果园”的要求。

The green area in Ammerswiler Street consists in smaller groups of trees, these trees are in the middle of these alley. A trench around those trees allows the visual connection from the garage to the patio and the  garden. Such green are shall emphasize the access to the park with individual trees along the way, conforming a “Fruit garden”.

底层公寓本身就有一个私人花园，一直延伸到灌木丛。这些花园是私人花园和半私人花园的分离。

The ground floor apartments have a private garden themselves, which it extends up to the shrubbery. These gardens are the separation between the private and semiprivate gardens.

74套出租公寓的房间从1.5间增加到5.5间。他们从院子里经过七层楼梯进入。此外，由于包裹内没有车辆，所以只能步行或骑自行车到达。

The 74 apartments for rent go from 1.5 to 5.5 rooms. They are accessed over seven staircases from the courtyard. Moreover,  as there is no traffic inside the parcel, it is only accessible by foot or by bicycle.

公寓的室外空间设计成对数，与集体通道空间对齐。

The outdoor spaces of the apartments are designed as loggias, aligned against the collective channel space.

The ground floor apartments, situated opposite the courtyard, have been designed as an elevated ground floor, the private garden room being entered at the ground level.

正面的颜色反映了该地区树木和灌木丛的颜色。这种清晰的物化使它在夏季周围地区的绿色之间形成了很好的对比，在寒冷和朦胧的冬天里释放出热量。

The colors of the facades reflect the colors of the trees and shrubbery in the area. The clear materialization makes itself a nice contrast among the green color in the surrounding area in the summer and releases heat in the cold and hazy winter’s days .

这些住宅建筑是按照Minergie标准(生态友好型)建造的，有控制的起居室通风。屋顶上安装了一座光伏发电厂。所有公寓都有一个FTTH(纤维到家庭)的开发项目。

The residential buildings were created according to  Minergie Standards (eco-friendly) with a controlled living room ventilation. On the roofs a photovoltaic power plant has been installed. All apartments have a FTTH (Fiber to the Home) development.
