锥虫的最小塔设计利用传统的南美白色外观，以偏转热量，同时纳入巨大的窗户贯穿。Madalena的阁楼有一系列的大小和布局：两个大阁楼形成了塔台，上面有四个比例适中的单元，可以看到这座广阔的城市。整个塔上到处都是郁郁葱葱的花园，从圣保罗市和维拉·马达莱纳的急流街道上勾勒出马达莱纳的风平浪静。

Tryptique's minimal tower design utilizes the traditional South American white exterior to deflect heat while incorporating vast windows throughout. AIR Madalena's lofts come in an array of sizes and layouts: two large lofts form the podium of the tower, topped by four generously proportioned units with outstanding views of the sprawling city. Lush gardens peppered throughout the tower delineate the calm of AIR Madalena from the rushed streets of São Paulo and Vila Madalena.

Connection with the city, neighbourhood, and climate is crucial to AIR Madalena's design, hence its narrow width despite the wide available footprint. The interior spaces are characterized by soaring windows, natural light, and integrated interior-exterior spaces to maximize interaction with the local climate. Each unit incorporates a second storey to alleviate any lack of space induced by the slender plan of the building, adding a sense of tranquility to the chaotic city without feeling confined. A double-height living room completes each loft, featuring a retractable wall on the second storey to further enlarge the soaring space.

The building is designed with architecture aficionados in mind: "Residents of AIR Madalena are lovers of urban life, its culture, its mobility. They are also lovers of space, light, and architecture," says the brief. Tryptique have designated the tower as an exclusive and prestigious address in São Paulo, befitting of its location. The Vila Madalena district boasts a lively arts and culture scene with an active practice of street art and an affluent population. As a bonus, the tower will be located less than 500 metres from São Paulo's subway system.
