Text description provided by the architects. HDJ75 is the eighth house realized at a site where we are developing 12 houses.

 First Floor Plan

一层平面图

建在310平方英尺的房子上。米地块，房子是由两个相交的体积组成，集中在一个中心点。

Built on a 310 sq. meter plot, the house is composed of two intersecting volumes that converge at a central point.

The convergence happens in both plan and section, and the volumes are rotated in 30 degree angles.

这些体积的区别在于它们的重要性，其中之一是现场浇筑的着色混凝土.另一种是白色的体积，与混凝土的体积相比，白色的体积看起来很轻，它的一侧是悬臂的。

These volumes are distinguished by their materiality, one is pigmented poured on-site concrete. The other, a white volume that appears lightweight compared to the concrete massing, is cantilevered in one of its sides.

The aim of having multiple outdoor spaces that created different types of outdoor settings is the main reason for the rotation of the volumes. Being able to liberate these living spaces from the perimeter walls, creates the opportunity of having every space of the house naturally lit and ventilated.
