Text description provided by the architects. The main advantage is the separate exit door. Because the freedom is above everything.Сourtyard  garden is an additional space for conference room as well as a place for rest.

我们正在找一间出租的办公室，但是到处都是用层压板、墙纸、塑料、时髦的“桃色”装饰的。这个空间还没有被“宠坏”。所有的家具、设备和灯都是从以前的办公室使用的。只有玻璃墙才是新建筑。因此，建筑材料和工程的价值很低。

We were searching an office for rent, but everywhere interiors were decorated with laminate, wallpaper, plastic, trendy "peach" color. This space was not “spoiled” yet. All furniture, equipment, lights were used from the previous office. Only a glass wall is a new construction. As a result - very low value of the construction materials and works.
