Text description provided by the architects. The project for T&G House is located in a neighborhood near the center of the city of Rosario, in a consolidated urban area of single and double storey residential buildings. The construction rises on a lot with its facade to the north, on a small passage within this area.

The reinforced concrete beam that reconstructs the public facade takes up the height of the adjoining house (about four meters high). From this structure a flap divides the pedestrian from the vehicular access, generating a different height and depth for each of them. Once inside, the sequence of spaces: covered - open - covered - closed - covered - open and the different atmospheres produced by light and materials propose a series of circulations. These connect the street with green mass of citrus, mulberry trees and grasses growing at the back of the lot, and overlap with the farthest Oriental Plane trees. A side staircase leads to the upper floor, which closing the circulation relinks with the street and the neighborhood from elevated views.

The spaces of the house are made from concrete elements (precast and cast in-situ) that are supported on both party walls, respecting an order and modulation in plan and acquiring variations in section. These variations allow to provide spaces of different sizes and different light entries to animate the spaces and put them in tension.

The garden at the back of the lot faces south with regard to the house, connected by a deep gallery. This light condition was balanced with a light entry between the roof of the gallery and the living room, and by a skylight that takes light from the north above the bedroom floor.
