Located in a bustling business district of Warsaw, Mennica Legacy Tower is ideally positioned for maximum connectivity; nearby infrastructure includes a subway station and numerous bus and tramway stops. Czarek Jarząbek,co-owner and President of the management board at key project investor Golub GetHouse recognizes the potential created by this site condition, describing the project as "a modern, architecturally beautiful building of top quality and functionality to the tenants". Soon to be a focal point on the city's growing skyline, it is projected that the towers will serve as a hub for the expansion of trade and commerce. "I am sure that Mennica Legacy Tower will become one of the most important spots on the business map of this city," said Jarzabek.

The office development takes the form of two glass-fronted neighboring towers, connected by a 4750-square-meter public plaza. In response to Warsaw's rich history and strong civic identity, Goettsch Partners have employed a restrained material palette of sawtoothed glass and steel that complements surrounding structures. The streamlined form of the taller of the two towers emphasises its verticality, and tapers to a rooftop opening that will be illuminated at nightfall. Rounded corners on the northeastern and southwestern facades further break up the building's mass, allowing it to function an an icon rather than imposition within the Warsaw cityscape.

A 2000-square-meter tower floor plate is uncluttered by columns, and arranged on a 1.35-meter planning grid and constructed with 11 to 13-meter lease spans. Driven by a clear focus on occupancy and the provision of a high performance workspace, Goettsch Partners have developed a flexible floor plan that can easily be arranged and reconfigured. Floors in the towers will accommodate multiple tenants, and allow spaces for individual workspaces, enclosed offices, and areas for collaboration. Services are arranged within a central core, acting as a spine for each of the towers.
