重建一所房子在新巴希-宁溜秋，中库，东京。

Rebuilding of a house at Nihonbashi-Ningyo-cho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

这所房子建在大街附近，附近有许多新老餐馆和商店。几乎所有的建筑物都在一楼有商店，在楼上有房子或办公室。在这个网站的南面有许多中型公寓和办公室，所以这个网站无法获得足够的阳光。这个地区有很多四层楼高的建筑，所以我们必须考虑如何让阳光和微风更好地吹来吹去。

The house is built near the main street, and there are many old and new restaurants and shops around here. Almost all of the buildings has shops on the 1st floor, and houses or offices on the upper floor. There are many medium-size apartments and offices on the south of this site, so this site cannot get enough sunlight. Many four-storied of buildings are densely built in this area, so we have to consider about getting light and breeze well.

To keep living.

在高潜力地区，仅靠住宅用途的唯一功能是很难生存的。对于耐火性能来说，需要花费过多的施工成本，而对于长桩，我们需要花费大量的施工费用才能到达深层支护土。即便如此，为什么要继续住在这个地方，原因是这个地区有着深厚的交通联系，宝贵的人际关系，以及这个小镇的魅力。他们为住在这个有历史的小镇而感到自豪。

It is so hard to live for the only function of house uses in high potential area. We need to spend an excessive construction cost for the fire resistance performance, and for the long piles to reach the deep supporting soil. Even with that, why keep living in this place, the reason is that the area has deep communications, precious human relationship, and charms of this town. They feel proud of living in this town with history.

如果我们忽视高层建筑，我们就会担心公寓与社区的联系越来越少。作为一种解决方案，我们设计了与城镇紧密联系的环境，期望这一空间即使是小空间，也能继承到城镇的吸引力。最后，我们在考虑了周边空置房屋后，制定了一套合理的房屋设计方案。

If we overlook the high-rise buildings, we concern about that the apartments become less connected with community. As a solution, we designed the environment that bound in close association with the town, with expectation that this space will be inherit to appeal of town, even if small space. Finally we settled a plan to design a reasonable house after consideration of peripheral vacant houses.

向镇上开放。

Open for the town.

为了与小镇紧密联系，我们做了一个面向街道的阳台。并设计了立式林格作为继承城镇意识的元素，在日常生活或节日、事件中与城镇产生了灵活的联系。父母家有足够的隐私去后台。

To bound in close association with town, we made a balcony facing the street. And we design the vertical lattice of woods as the elements to inherit the sense of the town which produces flexible connection with the town in everyday life or festival, events. A parent household has privacy enough to go to the backrooms.

 Third Floor Plan

三层平面图

我们计划一个儿童家庭的空间，通过大窗户与城镇相连，并画出城镇的气氛。通过对未来的想象，我们设计了两个独立的船舱。然而，每个家庭在未来都会有密切的关系。因此，儿童家庭的生活是每个家庭可以聚集的地方，或者是他们的工作场所。保持与城镇的关系，使这所房子不仅可以用作房子，而且还可以用于其他用途。

We plan a child household’s space to connect with town through the big windows, and to draw the town atmosphere. With imaging the future, we designed two separate holds. However each families will be close relationship in the future. So a child household’s living is the place where each families can gather, or as their workplace. Keeping a relationship with the town enabled this house not only to be used as a house, but also can be developed for other purposes.

吸引城市气氛的地方。

The place to draw in the atmosphere of the town.

我们设计了一个儿童家庭，把小镇的气氛吸引到房子和屋顶露台上。楼梯和入口层是用粗糙的混凝土做的，和门廊地板一样。居住和就餐都有与上层甲板相连的高隔间。

We designed that a child household draws in the atmosphere of the town into the house, and to the roof terrace. The stairs and entrance floor are made by rough concrete, the same as a porch floor. Living and dining have high cellings connected with the upper deck.

墙面采用干缝抹灰板，涂装特殊涂料。地板涂饰材料是将软木瓷砖作为街道外的一种。我们可以走到三楼的甲板上，就好像我们走在一条街巷“Roji”里一样。上面的小房间位于楼梯上。透过屋顶的窗户，他们感受到城市峡谷里温暖的阳光和自然的微风。屋顶露台是非常有用和宝贵的，就像一个私人的小花园在城市峡谷。

The wall is made by the plaster boards with dry joints, and painting with special coating. Floor finishing material is the cork tiles as a street outside. We can approach to the deck of the third floor, as if we walk in a street lane ”Roji”. The upper small rooms are located to be accessible by the stairs. They feel the warm sunshine and natural breeze through the urban canyon by the roof windows. The roof terrace is so useful and precious as a private small garden in the urban canyon.
