Text description provided by the architects. A new surface made of insulated enclosures in the air. They are roofs and service terraces, infrastructural waste from the buildings that dominate the landscape of Buenos Aires.

These spaces are privileged places. When we conquer them, we place ourselves on the edge of the city, in contact with the atmosphere.

Downwards, the pulse of the street, and upwards, a huge sky, the landform that dominates this new stratum. There we settle lightly, needing nothing more than the desire to be part of both settings.

A system of awnings and perimeter garden enclose a metal structure that holds vertical glass panels and a light roof. Its two rooms allow us to establish different relationships with the environment and with the program that their variations allow.
