Text description provided by the architects. Located in Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Thao Ho Home Furnishings is a showroom project which offers solid wood furniture for residential buildings, resorts and other types of buildings.

胡志明市是一个典型的环境，在越南市区，这座建筑接近嘈杂的环境、人口稠密的地区以及大量机动车排放的污染物。在这个地区，特别是在胡志明市，特别是在越南，有很多项目，在展览空间里总是使用大量的照明和空调系统。

The building is close to a noisy environment, densely populated area and many polluted emissions from motor vehicles with very large volumes in Ho Chi Minh City - a typical environment existing in urban areas of Vietnam. There are many projects in this area, or in Ho Chi Minh City in particular and in Vietnam in general, always use a lot of lighting and air conditioning systems for the exhibition space.

Hence, those projects have created a consequence of consumption of electricity; heat radiation and energy sources discharged into the environment are enormous. What is more, they misunderstand the conception of exhibition space; most of the above mentioned projects have not selected the best solution for the problem of functioning and aesthetic characteristics for showroom projects – so they always make mistake in functioning, density in display, and lighting showcase.

通过研究和仔细考虑，MW公司给出了一个具体的解决方案，以克服上述大多数误解，作为这类项目的具体例子。明确了“绿色建筑”理念的正确含义，实现了建筑保护环境的责任。

Through research and careful consideration, MW archstudio gave a specific solution to overcome most of the above mentioned misconceptions as a specific example for this particular kind of projects. Also, we clarified the right meaning of "green building” concept that actualizes the responsibility to protect the environment through architecture.

秀和家居陈列室不使用照明，而是利用自然阳光作为白天的主要光源。这一照明效果仍然有效，即使是多云或多雨-也就是当阳光处于其最弱的时候。

Thao Ho Home Furnishings showroom does not use lighting but takes advantage of natural sunlight as the main lighting source during the day. This lighting effect is still effective even when it is cloudy or rainy – that is when the sunlight is at its weakest.

通过一项技术解决方案，将照明间隙连续布置在屋顶上，并在3个大的中庭空间布局。夜间采用LED聚光灯系统，保证展厅的功能要求、美观性、环境友好性。通过这一事实，从上午9点到下午5点的时间-建筑物不使用灯光，从下午5点到晚上8点-使用的LED聚光灯非常有效，节约电力，对环境友好。

Through a technical solution arranging lighting interstice continuously on the roof, and 3 large atrium spaces in the layout. At night, LED Spotlight system is used to ensure functional requirements, aesthetic characteristics of the exhibition space, and also environmental friendly. Through the fact that from 9am to 5pm, ¾of the time- the building does not use lights, from 5pm to 8pm, ¼ of the time- used LED Spotlight, which is highly effective in electricity saving and environmentally friendly.

该建筑有自然通风，仍然尽量减少周围大气中的噪音和灰尘。多亏了山墙的百叶窗系统和中庭的滑动屋顶。一些空间已安排吊扇(这些风扇消耗很小的功率水平)，以提供额外的支持气流对流，以防没有风。

The building has natural ventilation and still minimized the noise and dust from the surrounding atmosphere. Thanks to the shutter system in gables and sliding roof in the atriums. Some spaces have arranged ceiling fans (these fans consume very little power levels) to provide additional support for the airflow convection in case there is no wind.

并计算了具有最小空调量的特殊场所空调系统(2台单机，总面积400平方米)，该空调系统仅作为最坏情况下的备用方案，受周围气候的影响。从那时起，该项目再次节省了一个重要的电能来源，减少了对环境的排放源，同时限制了该项目内对用户健康的不利影响。

And air conditioning systems were calculated for the special place with the minimum amount (2 single air-condition machines in a total area of 400 m2 of used floor), this air-conditioning system is used only as a backup solution in the worst case by the impact of surrounding climate. From then, the project again saves a significant source of electrical energy and reduces emission sources to the environment, while limiting the adverse impact on the health of users within this project.

本项目设计具有可互换的用途，可用于未来许多不同的功能(咖啡厅、餐厅、酒吧、展览空间等多种产品，而不仅仅是家具)。甚至住房)。这些可互换的用途可以防止将来因不同用途而建造新的项目，从而减少侵犯、扩张、获得更多的天然土地，并直接影响环境。

This project is designed with interchangeable usage, it can be used for many different functions in the future (cafe, restaurant, bar, exhibition space for many other products, not just furniture ... or even housing). These interchangeable usages can prevent building new projects for different uses in the future, thereby  it can reduce the infringement, expansion, getting more of natural land and directly impacting on the environment.

此外，该项目还使用了工业废物产品的回收材料，如覆层Prima系统，具有很高的耐久性。该承重钢框架结构体系与上述材料相结合，装配细节简单，施工时间短，成本提高。特别是，这个框架可以循环使用。

Also the project used recycled materials from industrial waste products such as cladding Prima systems, with high durability. The bearing steel frame structure systems combined with above mentioned material with simple assembling details, reduced construction time and increased cost improvement. Especially, this framework can be recycled for future usage.

秀豪家居还布置了室内绿树作为过滤空气的解决方案，支持对使用者的健康产生积极影响。使用智能设计解决方案，将物体放置在显示器上，MW Arcstudio增加了展示产品的数量，而不妨碍操作流量和地板密度。

Thao Ho Home Furnishings also arranged green trees indoor as a filter air solution to support a positive impact on the health of users. With smart design solutions in placing objects on display, MW archstudio increase the number of products on display without obstructing operational traffic and floor density.
