Text description provided by the architects. The hotel complex, comprises eight buildings which are phenomenally randomly placed on the plot. Nevertheless, this group of cubes forms a small centre in continuation of the ski piste and therefore gives a “Village“ character to the, until now, undefined structure of the Mulania Valley of Laax, Switzerland.

2-5层的高层建筑在其底层设有商店、酒吧和餐馆，上面有4-8个床位的公寓。这里有130个家具齐全的公寓和1000张床位，被认为是阿尔卑斯山度假胜地之一。

The 2-5 floor high buildings host shops, bars and restaurants on their ground floors and 4-8 bed apartments above. With a number of 130 furnished flats and 1000 beds in total, the rocksresort is considered to be one of the top alpine holiday destinations.

受高山景观的启发，立面上“装饰”着破碎的地区石英岩，看上去就像巨石，从山体上散落下来，在地面上嬉戏地摆放着。窗户大小和形状不同，都是用橡木做的。

Inspired by the megaliths of the alpine landscape, the facades are “dressed“  with broken regional quartzite and look like boulders, pieces cutaway from the mountains and playfully placed on ground. The windows are of different sizes and shapes and were custom made out of oak.

Stone and wood. These are the materials used for the shell of the buildings and these together with slaked lime and concrete continue to decorate also the interior of the holiday apartments, minding for a harmonious and relaxed atmosphere.
