The new headquarters for Pevasa company, designed by the architect Diego Soroa, rises and rests on five pillars that convert the offices into a lookout that can catch the light and views of Bermeo and even, Ogoño cape on clear days. These foundations of steel and concrete contrast with the transparent outer shell of the building, designed with GEODE curtain wall and Technal vertical frame.

The architectural design of the columns supporting Pevasa headquarters is an allusion to each of the five founding families of this company dedicated to tuna fishing, with over 50 years of history. Besides their function as structural support, the pilasters are slanted and grouped to hide the access to the upper floors. The columns are arranged according to the distribution of the plans, drawing interior light courtyards or creating offices. With this structure, the architect Diego Soroa intended to leave open the plans, "to create bright and versatile re-configurable spaces with multiple options and paths, that encourage collaborative, horizontal, transparent and fluid uses."

A total of 1,600 square meters are distributed on two floors. A larger first floor for offices, and a second floor occupied by a multipurpose room designed to host conferences or meetings with the crews of Pevasa ships. This room opens to a roof garden through SOLEAL PY Technal doors.

The glass facade that envelops the building has been built with Technal GEODE vertical frame system. The supporting aluminum structure draws a grid made of 6.36 m uprights and four horizontal crossbars that form 3 divisions of exterior glass. The joints of interior and exterior glazing are made of EPDM resistant to UV and weathering. Water evacuation is through horizontal drainage elements to ensure the tightness of the system. To facilitate office ventilation, the curtain wall system integrates hidden windows with Italian style openings. The finish of the aluminum framing is white matt lacquer, and follows QUALICOAT seal specifications. It carries a reinforced "Sea-side" pretreatment, equivalent to Marina Quality that allows the materials to be resistant to external agents that can oxidize, especially near the coast, given the location of the new Pevas
