Text description provided by the architects. In a building of 8 levels built in the 60s, this renovated penthouse offers a 360° view of Grand Paris.

The development of the apartment was searched in all its dimensions, between interior and exterior spaces:

横向尺寸，提高整个公寓宽度的透明度(滑动门，使内外线模糊的平台)。纵向尺寸，标志一个更亲密的条带(餐厅，厨房，书架，卧室1)相关的阳台和一个开放的带(客厅，大厅，办公室)周围的灌木丛。垂直尺寸，开发新的体积(淋浴房内的天穹)，除了现有的入口和地板之间的双重高度。

Transversal dimension, promoting transparency across the width of the apartment (sliding doors, platforms that blur the line between inside and outside). Longitudinal dimension, marking a more intimate strip (dining room, kitchen, bookcase, bedroom 1) associated to the balcony and an open band (living room, hall, office room) around the loggia. Vertical dimension, developing new volumes (skydome in shower room) in addition to the existing double height between the entrance and the floor.
