架构师提供的文本描述。多年来，河内一直在自发发展，管式住宅在这个城市已经成为一种流行的风格：这些房子相依为命，深深地坐落在狭窄的小巷里，像沙丁鱼一样层次分明。典型的“口碑设计”或以建设者的经验为基础的“中间楼梯，两侧两室”的典型管式房屋，光线差，湿度高，通风不足，对大多数居住在越南城市地区的人来说太熟悉了。

Text description provided by the architects. Over the years, Hanoi has been spontaneously developing and tube house has become a popular style in this city: the houses stand beside each other, deep in narrow alleys, layer like sardines. The typical tube houses  “designed” by word of mouth or based on the experiences of the builders, with “stairs in the middle, two rooms on two sides”, which always have poor lighting, lack of ventilation with high humidity, are too familiar with most people living in urban areas of Vietnam.
