澜山茶咖吧的前身是一家难以为继的传统茶楼。周边同品类商业较多且竞争激烈。业主找到我们共同探讨解决方案。当下的城市休闲空间美学及空间体验是否应该被重新定义。 为了将品牌调性和城市生活方式、休闲方式相融合，SINCE-SPACE决定以年轻、活力的设计语言贯穿其中。

The predecessor of Lanshan tea and coffee bar is a traditional tea house with dull business and hard to sustain. There are many similar businesses around and the competition is fierce. The owner found us and discuss the solution with us together. Whether the current urban leisure space aesthetics and space experience should be redefined or not. In order to integrate the brand tone with the urban lifestyle and leisure style, SINCE-SPACE decided to permeate in it with the young and energetic design language.
