230平方米的住宅布局，原貌完整，为每一项功能提供了一个房间。入口通向一个走廊，通往起居区的各种环境，分为几个自治空间，并通过一扇门分为两个区域：一个是专为当地服务的区域(是分开的)，另一个是用于娱乐的区域。

大型起居室面向餐厅，与书架和电视直接连接到阅读角落，形成一条通向睡眠区的流线型通道。对此，各种选择之间的渗透性对应着室内布置灵活的选择，现代设计作品完美地融入了古典建筑的体积。

家具的项目是功能性的，元素与内部体积的形状相协调，使空间易于使用。
