托莱达诺建筑师最近对特拉维夫的这套两层复式公寓进行了翻修，这套公寓的特色是一个可逮捕的折叠钢楼梯，由悬挂的钢棒支撑。这座雕塑般的楼梯成了住宅的中心，它的重新设计是为了满足一个年轻家庭的需要。楼梯悬挂在墙壁和天花板上，不接触地面。取而代之的是，楼梯就在最后两个台阶的木材长凳上完成。楼梯复杂的杆子布置创造了一个用作栏杆的围护结构。

托莱达诺建筑师的加布里埃尔·托莱达诺说：“主要的挑战是把安静的父母和孩子之间的隐私，以及巨大的、宽敞的、模块化的居住空间结合起来，这将鼓励聚会，并与强大的中东灯光玩耍。”这一挑战在巧妙的空间规划中得到了解决-在较低的层次上，父母和孩子的区域之间有一个集中、模块化和灵活的居住空间。在上层，大型厨房、休息室和围护屋顶露台相互融合，从而形成了消除内外空间界限的无缝衔接。
