在预算紧张的情况下，建筑师们在一块街区中间的一块空地上建造了一座房子。这个设计包括五个混凝土盒子，设计成巨大的罐子，上面种着树。这些树的出现就像一片绿洲，位于谭宾区的中心，许多典型的越南房屋挤在一起。建筑师Vo Trong Nghia说，即使在一个繁忙的城市中，这片土地也变成了“大自然的一部分”。同时，它也反映了城市结构的支离破碎。
